DROPSHIPPING
At ImportKareva S.A., we provide DROPSHIPPING service for our clients.
· Dropshipping works very simply: we send the product directly to your end customer, but we don't maintain any commercial relationship with them.
· It is aimed at online sellers who want to increase their sales without having to buy and store products before selling them.
. With this system, you can sell all our products without having stock. We will take care of sending the orders that you have received in your online store, directly to your customers in a completely anonymous packaging.
Dropshipping Terminology:
· Dropshipper: is the wholesale distributor (ImportKareva) who sells to the retailer (you) and at the same time sends the product to the end customer.
· Dropshipping: It is the method of selling and distributing different products, where a retailer makes the sale to the end customer, but a dropshipper, by prior agreement with the retailer, is the one who sends the product to the end customer anonymously. Operation: We will provide you with a CSV file with the basic data of our products and images so that you can include them in your online store. We have an hourly stock update module for the PrestaShop commerce platform.
Your customer places the order through your online store, making the payment directly to you. Then, they place the order with us and pay for it with a credit card through our Banco Sabadell payment gateway. We send the order directly to your customer, informing you of the shipping details and tracking it until final delivery. Orders are delivered through our carrier. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, after that time they can only be shipped the next day. In the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please consult us for delivery times, as they do not depend directly on our operations.
Clients: We will never maintain any commercial or promotional relationship with your customer, we will only limit ourselves to shipping the package. Furthermore, in compliance with legal regulations, we treat your customers' data with total and absolute privacy and undertake not to use them under any circumstances.
If you request it, we will sign a confidentiality agreement in which we commit in writing not to disclose them. Invoice: Our invoice will never travel inside the package unless you want us to include yours in the shipment and send it to us by email in PDF or JPG format. We are selling to you even though we are sending the product to your customer.
Packaging: The order is packaged in a completely anonymous package that does not reveal the sender. Under no circumstances will the contents of the package be disclosed. Minimum Order: There is no minimum quantity or amount for orders placed by our Customers. Transportation and Handling Cost: ImportKareva S.A. charges €6 for transportation and handling, which will be added to your invoice.
In the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please consult us for shipping costs as they are higher.
